Timothy W. Rice, CPA is a Maryland native. He attended Frostburg State College and graduated in December 1986 with a B.S. degree in Accounting. In May 1987, he sat for and passed the exam administered by the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy, qualifying him as a Certified Public Accountant on his first try.

Tim Rice has been serving clients in Frederick County, Maryland since 1998.

In his many years of experience, he has performed audits, compilations and reviews of large manufacturing companies, real estate partnerships, automobile dealerships, pension and profit sharing plans, grocery stores and many other businesses and industries. His specialty is working directly with small business owners to help them grow their business.
